Roasted Veggies

This is one of my most requested side dishes, the beauty of this recipe is you can use as many different vegetables or stick to just one type. All you need is a knife, vegetables of your choice, olive oil, a sheet pan, Montreal steak seasoning, and a very hot oven.

I usually put the oven at least 450 degrees. And make sure it is completed the pre-heat cycle.

3 +/- Ingredients and 15 minutes start to finish

Cube all vegetables the same size for even cooking.

  • Vegetables of Your Choice (cubed)

  • 1-2 TAB Avocado Oil

  • 1-2 tsp Montreal Steak Seasoning

Instructions

  • Cube or slice your vegetables the same size for even cooking.

  • Toss vegetables with oil and seasoning.

  • Place vegetables in a single layer place and cook for 15 minutes or until the desired tenderness. I usually know when I can smell the veggies.

This will go fast.
