Spicy Green Beans. Bang Bang

I love spicy, the spice doesn’t always love me, but that is for another story. These green beans are so easy to make that even your pickiest eater will ask for more. Gluten-Free, Vegan, and Plant-based, this green delight will impress as a main entree or a sidekick.

Green beans are high in vitamin K, and they also contain calcium. Green beans help to maintain strong and healthy bones. Green beans also have The B vitamin essential for reducing depression, protein, vitamins, and minerals.

9 Ingredients and 15 minutes

  • 3 TAB sesame oil

  • 1 TAB chili garlic sauce [we use Huy Fong]

  • 1 TAB sriracha [more if you please]

  • 1 TAB gluten-free soy sauce [coconut liquid amino acid]

  • 1 lime [juice of]

  • 1 pound of fresh string green beans

  • white pepper

  • sea salt

  • sesame seeds

Instructions:

  • Heat pan on medium to high heat and add sesame oil, and green beans

  • Season with white pepper, sea salt

  • Saute 3-4 beans until the desired tenderness

  • Add soy sauce, sriracha, chili garlic, and lime juice to the pan and incorporate

  • Turn heat off and sprinkle with sesame seeds

ENJOY

OPTION: can add sliced mushrooms, and/or cashews
