Overnight Oats
Our overnight oats recipes are vegan, yes! As long as you make them with non-dairy milk, they’re a great vegan breakfast. Healthy and delicious as can be!
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so why not start with overnight oats. Oats are a cholesterol-lowering soluble fiber, they help control blood sugar, and they’re great for digestion.
10 ingredients
1/4 cup Berries, fresh
3/4 cup Rolled oats
1 3/4 cup Coconut milk
1 TAB vanilla protein powder
2 TAB Berry jam [optional]
3/4 cup oats
1 pinch Sea salt
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1/4 cup Shredded Coconut [unsweetened]
This is so easy; all you have to do is combine all ingredients in an airtight jar.
Tighten the lid and shake until combined.
Place in the refrigerator overnight and enjoy topped with fresh fruits and nuts in the morning! I told you it would be easy, now go and have the best day ever!
