House Everything Seasoning
I ran out of Everything But The Bagel Seasoning from my dear friend Joe, as in Trader Joe’s. It’s snowing, and I do not have time to go and refresh my stash. So there is only one thing to do — try and make it. How hard can it be, right?!
Not only is this good, but it is good for you. Yes, it is true.
Let’s discuss:
Poppy Seeds promotes digestion, boosts skin and hair health, and treats headaches, coughs, and asthma.
Sesame Seeds are an excellent source of manganese and calcium.
Dried Minced Garlic can reduce blood pressure, improve cholesterol levels, and improve bone health.
Dried Onion is low in fat, calories, and sodium, including calcium, potassium, and magnesium that can help lower your risk of heart disease, diabetes, and high blood pressure.
Sea Salt can relieve arthritis, boost the immune system, reduce fluid retention, and balance electrolytes.
6 Ingredients and 3 minutes start to finish
1 1/2 tsp Poppy seeds
2 Tab White sesame seeds
1 Tab Black sesame seeds
1 1/2 Tab Dried minced garlic
1 1/2 Tab Dried onion flakes
2 tsp coarse sea salt
combine all ingredients, mix well
Store in an airtight jar and Enjoy
