One of my favorite things about a Japanese steak house is their salad (so simple, yet so good)—-that dressing, sinful. You can make this restaurant-style dressing anytime from the comfort of your home. Fresh, tasty, simple, and impressive.

Vegan and Gluten-Free

Gather all of your ingredients

Peel and cut carrots and onions, Mince garlic, and ginger. Add all ingredients to the food processor (except oil) and pulse. Slowly add oil to the processor and continue to incorporate until cohesive.

Serve with salad or a wedge of lettuce.
