Take the dough out from the mixer and put it into a bowl
Cover the dough with a cloth and rest for 20 minutes
Wash and thinly slice 8 stalks of green onion
After twenty minutes of dough rest —shape dough into a ball, then divide into 4 pieces —-gently fold in the sliced green onion
Roll and flatten out dough ball with green onions and brush with sesame oil
Cover dough and allow to rest for 30 minutes before frying
You can pan-fry or griddle fry pancakes, just brush the surface with sesame oil, a little goes a long way.
Fry pancakes for 3 minutes and cover with lid, flip, and repeat
Pancakes are best served warm and with a dipping sauce.
