Pancakes are best served warm and with a dipping sauce.

    Our favorite dipping sauce:

  • 3 Tab gluten-free soy sauce

  • 1 Tab rice vinegar

  • 1 Tab agave syrup

  • 1 Tab chili paste (sriracha or sambal oelek)
