Green Tahini Sauce
INGREDIENTS
½ cup avocado oil
¼ cup tahini
1 garlic clove
1 cup fresh cilantro
1 cup fresh Italian flat leaf parsley
1/2 lemon (or juice of a half of lemon or 1 tsp lemon juice )
1 tablespoon maple syrup
½ teaspoon salt
3-4 tablespoons filtered water
INSTRUCTIONS
Add all ingredients to a blender and puree until smooth and creamy.
Can store for 1 week in sealed jar.
