Green Tahini Sauce

Fresh and Flavorful Green Tahini Sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup avocado oil

  • ¼ cup tahini

  • 1 garlic clove

  • 1 cup fresh cilantro

  • 1 cup fresh Italian flat leaf parsley

  • 1/2 lemon (or juice of a half of lemon or 1 tsp lemon juice )

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 3-4 tablespoons filtered water

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and puree until smooth and creamy.

  2. Can store for 1 week in sealed jar.
